Your tutors want you to be happy and successful at college and to be able to offer you support if required.
This questionnaire has been designed to ask you how you feel about a range of issues and offer advice and guidance by providing you with immediate access to a personal report and as such relies on you answering the questions thoughtfully and truthfully.
It is important for you to realise that part of the reason for completing this questionnaire is to enable your tutor to put in any necessary support mechanisms for you and that your tutor will see your answers to the questionnaire. Your tutor will advise if any other professionals in college will have access to your report Apart from this the website is totally secure and no-one else can see your report. Speak to your tutor for more information.
